Researched and evaluated different technology products to implement for PMO, Risk Management, and IT to streamline their process.
Developed and meticulously maintained comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for all implemented projects, facilitating clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
Led the implementation of a new ticketing system (JIRA), leading to a 60% reduction in email exchanges for support requests. This shift to a centralized ticketing system improved communication clarity and facilitated tracking of issues.
Increased Click-Up adoption for task management and project management by 70% across various teams by creating reusable, customized workspaces/templates. This standardized approach saved time and improved team collaboration on projects.
Created and led development of IGT’s lottery management tool, navigator to streamline data capture and reporting process to track and capture the active retailers and lottery sales.
Created strategy to improve training platform for retailer’s lottery terminal which increased the completion rate by 23%.
Owned the implementation of JIRA for the product management team at IGT, streamlining workflow, enhancing project visibility, and improving collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Successfully spearheaded the development life cycle of a new product, "service procurement," from concept to roll-out in a fast-paced startup environment within 6 months and onboarded 3 fortune 500 clients.
Secured executive team approval to triple team capacity, significantly accelerating the adoption strategy.
Led the initiative to develop a bulk upload of bills/ receipts feature for service procurement. This innovative solution resulted in a surge in supplier adoption, with a 48% increase in the number of suppliers actively using the service procurement platform.
Led the initial research and user interface (UI) prototype development for the new "Timesheet" product. This included conducting competitor analysis and user interviews to identify user needs and expectations.
